Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please call us at (612)414-8519 for direct cell(Text messages are welcome) or (877) 388-BABY and please do leave a message/call back number if we miss you as we are on the road a lot. You can also send an email to email@example.com. Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. If you contact us via email, we will call you to confirm and to obtain your credit card information. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
Q: What is your delivery fee?
A: One time delivery fee of $10 for the immediate St. Paul/Minneapolis area and $20 for areas beyond. Locations beyond 30 miles of Minneapolis/St. Paul can be accommodated with an adjusted delivery fee reflecting longer distances. (click here to see our delivery areas). Delivery includes set-up and take-down of your items.
Q: What are your delivery hours?
A: We generally deliver and pickup between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. 7 days a week, but we will be flexible to accomodate your specific needs.
Q: May I pick up the items myself?
A: At this time, we do not offer self pick-up. To take the stress out of traveling with little ones, our goal is to have your equipment delivered and set up so you won't have to worry about it.
Q: Is all of the equipment cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery?
A: Yes, every item is inspected and sanitized before and after each rental. We use trusted national brands that specialize in sanitizers and cleaners made for infant/children such as Babyganics and Dreft.
Q: How do I know the equipment is safe?
A: We carry only quality, brand-name equipment and all of our items are either JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association) or ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) certified. We also continually monitor recall lists of toys and equipment.
Q: How large are your cribs? What is included with them?
A: Our cribs are full size, and come with a 5' mattress and are roughly 43inchesX35inchesX60inches. The price also includes mattress pad, fitted sheet, and comforter. Full size crib deliveries are not always possible to hotels; we will confirm this with you after receiving your order.
Q: Are you able to meet us at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport?
A: We will make arrangements to meet you at the airport if necessary. However, Rockabye Rentals will not install car seats. We must have your travel itinerary and transportation information prior to your arrival.
Q: Are there discounts for longer stays?
A: If you are staying for an extended period, we offer further discounts over our weekly rentals. We will go over any applicable discounts when confirming your order.
Q: Should I wash the linens after the rental period?
A: No, we will wash the linens after they are returned.
Q: Is there a minimum time I have to rent the equipment?
A: There is a three-day minimum charge on all items and a $30 minimum per order before delivery fee and tax.
Q: Can delivery be made prior to my arrival and picked up after my departure?
A: Yes. We will try to accommodate your travel schedule as much as possible. Most equipment can be left at the bell desk of your hotel before your arrival and picked up after your departure. We can also deliver your equipment to private residences before your arrival we simply need a contact name and number.
Q: How do you define the rental period?
A: The rental period is determined by the number of 24-hour periods between the day of delivery and the day of pick-up. As an example, an item delivered on a Monday morning and picked up that Thursday morning would be considered a three-day rental.
Q: What are the rental terms?
A: Please see our rental agreement/liability waiver. You will be asked to sign this agreement when your items are delivered or ahead of time if you will be unable to meet us at the time of delivery.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We require payments to be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us right away. Cancellations within 48 hours from scheduled delivery may be charged a $20 cancellation fee.
Q: May I add additional equipment to my order during my visit?
A: We will do our best to deliver additional items upon your request if those items are available. An additional delivery charge may apply.
Q: In what condition should I return the equipment?
A: We will completely clean the equipment after your rental. We do ask that you return the equipment wiped free of any crumbs. Please clean any spills or accidents when they occur to prevent permanent damage or stains to the equipment. You do not need to wash the linens prior to pick up. To prevent mildew, please do not place damp linens in a plastic bag. Any damage outside of normal wear and tear is subject to additional charges.
